The 7.35 kilometer Neutrality Avenue intersects with the 10th Year Welfare and Chandibil Avenues in the south of Ashgabat, and connects to the Neutrality Monument. The Neutrality Avenue, an eight-lane highway with four lanes of service roads, has seven junctions and four pedestrian underpasses. LED
systems were installed for the decoration and lighting of the shopping malls and stores located along the road. A 36-meter monument, which can be seen from many points of the city and functions as a thermometer, was also built on Neutrality Avenue.
