“Medeni Dinc Shopping Mall” is the first shopping mall project in Ashgabat with entertainment concept, and has a unique architecture combining the symbols of Turkmen culture with the modern lines. This project has entertainment areas for children, billiard parlor, cafes, restaurants, bowling hall, a big space museum, two 12-D cinemas, stores, offices and closed car park.
At the terrace of the building, there is a giant ferris wheel that offers a full panoramic view of the city. This ferris wheel is unique for its indoors location at
the top of the building, and has its name at the Guinness Book of Records as the largest ferris wheel of the world.
Structural Characteristics: Sitting on a construction area of 25,950 m2, the shopping mall has 6 stories in total. Built inside a steel construction with a diameter of 57 meters at the terrace of the building, the ferris wheel is 55 meters high and has got 24 cabins each with 8 seats.
